On 10 November 2024, Token Tails joined the thirdweb accelerator programme. thirdweb makes developer tools for apps and games that use blockchains, and its accelerator gives startups resources, mentorship and access to those tools.
For Token Tails, the programme came while the team was building Purr Quest, a pixel RPG, and the wider “Play to Save” idea: cozy cat games tied to real shelter cats. It followed earlier support from the Stellar Community Fund and Microsoft for Startups.
Update, October 2026
Token Tails now makes free browser games such as Catnip Heist and the main game at /game, tied to one real shelter, Pink Paw in Kaunas, Lithuania. Every payout to Pink Paw is public at /shelter-payouts. Read the full journey in the Token Tails story.
